We are located only six houses from the beach with a lifeguard station. This is one of the nicest areas of Beach Haven. We are located about a mile from the center of town. Fantasy Island Amusement Park is located 1.23 miles from the house, as well as Bay Village with its wonderful shops and restaurants, the Surflight Theater, the Show Place Ice Cream Parlor, miniature golf, the bay beach, boating and fishing.  Beach Haven is a great place for kids. The condos is on the first and second floor have recently been redecorated. There is an outside shower and a large front deck. Four flatscreen TV's.  This rental is for the 1st or 2nd floor condo. The last five photos are of the 1st floor. The 1st. floor is similar to the 2nd. floor,but does not have the 1/2 bath, a dish washer, cloths dryer and the a/c is only in the main living space.
